Customers are responsible for providing accurate artwork, logos, measurements, colors, specifications, and other required information.

Once a customized order has entered production, changes, cancellations, returns, or refunds may not be available.

7. Crystal Application Services

Professional crystal application and fixing services are performed according to the customer’s requirements and the suitability of the selected fabric or material.

Customers should provide accurate information about the fabric and intended use.

HB Crystal will take reasonable care during the application process but cannot guarantee identical results for every fabric, material, washing method, or usage condition.

8. Wholesale & Bulk Orders

Wholesale and bulk orders may be subject to separate pricing, production, payment, and delivery terms.

Customers should confirm quantities, colors, sizes, designs, and specifications before finalizing a bulk order.

HB Crystal offers delivery services across Dubai and other Emirates of the UAE.
